As December came and I realised I didn’t have an advent calendar I was rather quite disappointed that I had a entirely forgotten to get one and so had any of my family (yes I’m 26....so what, everyone gets one right?!) nevertheless, a few days later, Dermalogica came to my rescue and spoiled me with one full of their skincare favourites!
To be honest I have never had a beauty or skincare advent calendar before so getting one was a HUGE surprise!
Behind the first door had one of my favourite products Pre Cleanse, which is a daily essential of mine for removing make up. I’m thrilled that now I have a spare mini size one, ideal for travel!
It’s kind and gentle to the skin and eye area.
Also a little product goes a long way!
Day 2 was my absolute number 1 favourite Dermalogica product ; Special Cleansing Gel. My skin feels so refreshed and clean after using this twice daily morning and night.
I couldn’t be without it.
Day 3 is Daily Microfoliant which is a powder based exfoliate which makes a paste when added with water, it’s great for removing any dry skin.
Day 4 Multi Active Toner, a spray for hydrating the skin, ideal for flights or simply for a refresh, the size of this one is amazing!
Perfect handbag size for on the go.
Day 5 Biolium C Serum is a age enhancing, firming serum which adds vitamin C and keeps it looking bright!
Day 6 Stress Positive Lift for the eyes is ideal for those moments when you look a little tired. I just apply this to my undereye and they start to feel de-stressed as well as look it.
Day 7 is another daily essential, Skin Smoothing Cream is a moisturiser I’ve been using the last two months and I have been SO impressed, my skin has almost no dry skin at all and it’s keeping it hydrated through these winter months, I’m so glad I have a mini sized one for when my full size runs out!
Day 8 Dynamic Skin Recovery is a weather protector with SPF 50! Protects from cold crisp winter days which dry out your skin equally as much as those scorching hot ones.
Day 9 skinperfect primer, a wonderful little primer which smells incredible for a start, but also makes your skin feel soft and smooth and ready for long lasting day of wearing make up or without.
Also has a SPF 30.
Day 10 Rapid Reveal Peal, this is a new product for me so I am extremely excited to try it out as it is suppose to brighten skin and remove the dullness!
Day 11 is the incredible Multivitamin Power Recovery Mask! Restore your skin to its best state with this nourishing mask, perfect for using after exfoliating.
Day 12 the final door was another new product for me, Sound Sleep Cocoon! I cannot wait to try out this night gel cream!
